How to Use a Digital Gift Certificate

  • Choose the products you would like, add to cart & head to the checkout

  • At checkout enter your unique Gift Certificate Code (included in your email)

  • The Gift Certificate will reduce the total amount owed by the amount of the Gift Card (so if your Gift Certificate is for $50 and you have purchased $100 worth of products you will only be paying $50 at checkout)

  • Customers can only use one Gift Certificate in each transaction​

  • The full amount of your UAINE Candles Gift Certificate must be used in one transaction. If under-redeemed the remaining amount will not be reissued or refunded. If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid for by the online shopper at the time of purchase (by credit card or PayPal).​

  • ​If you return products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the returned amount will be credited as a new gift voucher for further use in our online store.

  • ​UAINE Candles is not responsible if a Gift Certificate Code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.​

  • ​UAINE Candles Gift Certificates are for personal use only and cannot be used for trade or wholesale orders.​
