What is a Candle Experience?
A Candle Experience is a guided, immersive event where you will explore your fragrance preferences, discover your unique fragrance profile through a personalised evaluation, and take home three curated candles. Hosted at our picturesque riverside venue in Morpeth, this experience offers beautiful relaxing surroundings and access to exclusive Candle Experience discounts.
Is this a private experience?
Our Candle Experiences are private events. We accommodate groups of 4 (minimum) to 10 (maximum) people. Depending on the minimum and maximum booking requirements, adding extra attendees on the day may be possible. Payment for additional guests must be made on-site. Our Candle Experiences are a great opportunity to get people together for special events such as birthdays, team-building activities, and more.
Where will the Candle Experience be held?
The event is hosted at our Candle Cellar Door:

You’ll be surrounded by the beautiful Hunter River and the historic village of Morpeth.
What is included in the ticket price?

How long does the experience last?
The experience is approximately 1.5hrs, providing a relaxed and engaging journey into your personal world of fragrance.
Is this a candlemaking class?
No, this is not a candlemaking class. Instead, the experience focuses on discovering your unique profile and learning about the relationship between personality and fragrance.
What if I want to explore Morpeth further?
We encourage you to enjoy a meal at local restaurants or shop at nearby boutiques. Let us know during booking, and we’ll happily assist with local recommendations or reservations.
Are there parking and facilities available?

Parking: Free street parking is available on Swan Street, with overflow parking on Tank Street or Queens Wharf.

Facilities: On-site bathroom facilities are available for guest use.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, with the remaining 50% offered as a credit.

No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event are non-refundable, though you may rebook within 12 months, subject to availability.

Refunds are not offered, but bookings can be transferred to another person with at least 24 hours’ notice.

What happens if I’m late?
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in being marked as a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply
Can photos be taken during the event?
Absolutely! UAINE Candles encourages you to take photos of your experience and share them on social media (don’t forget to tag us @uainecandles). UAINE Candles may take photos during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the experience begins.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
At present, our premises are not wheelchair accessible due to heritage restrictions. However, we are working to improve our facilities and make them accessible as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss alternative arrangements to ensure you have a positive experience.
What if the event is cancelled by UAINE Candles?
If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible. You’ll have the option to:

How do I book my Candle Experience?
