Subscription Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates for Candle Subscriptions can be emailed to your recipient on any day including CHRISTMAS DAY.
1. Simply pop one in your shopping cart like any other purchase.
2. Fill in your details and the name and email address of the lucky recipient on the form provided and advise preferred date of delivery. Alternatively, Gift Certificates can be sent to you in print-ready form.
3. Add your message for the recipient.
4. Gift Certificates will be emailed to the recipient’s email address stated at your requested date. At the time of purchase confirmation will be sent to the purchaser as a receipt. UAINE Candles is not liable for delivery of gift vouchers to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
5. The first month's candle/s for recipients of 12-month Subscription Gft Certificates will be despatched one month after the date of delivery of the Gift Certificate unless requested otherwise.
6. If you want to send Gift Certificates to more than one person, each one needs to be purchased separately. Fill in all of the details for the first one and then go back to the shop and buy another one.
Subscription Policy
The following policies regarding your subscription ensure a seamless experience.
Subscription Benefits:
Enjoy monthly candle is at a specially discounted rate off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
Complimentary delivery anywhere in Australia on all subscription orders.
Monthly subscriptions are paid monthly in advance for a mimimum period of 3-months and monthly thereafter until cancelled..
Non-recurring 12 month subscriptions, paid annually up front, can be renewed at the end of 12 months as instructed by you.
Cancellation Policy:
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after the first 3 months with notice to be provided in writing at least ten days before the next billing cycle.
Cancelling before the next billing cycle is essential to avoid automatic renewal.
12-month subscriptions are not automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
Recurring Payment Details:
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly to the card nominated upon initial purchase. This monthly amount will be the same amount as your initial purchase. Your regular subscription payments will start automatically one month after your initial payment. Subsequent payments will then continue on a monthly basis. Payment is exclusively through credit/debit card. Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your card for each payment due date. We offer a 7-day Grace Period in the case of a failed payment. Our system will automatically retry your payment method for seven (7) days after the failed payment,. If payment has been unable to be collected after this period the subscription will be cancelled.
Order Processing:
Subscriptions will be processed and shipped following receipt of payment.
Payment confirmation may take a few days to reflect in our system.
Candle Selection:
Your candle selection will be carefully curated, showcasing our most exciting and sought-after fragrances. This is a fun and convenient way for you to explore the 23 fragrances UAINE has available.
Our team hand picks the fragrance for each month's subscription.
Should you wish to select a specific fragrance for your next subscription delivery, please email emily@uainecandles.com with your preference at least 7 days prior to your automatic payment.
Additional Items:
During gift-giving seasons, we may offer additional items for purchase.
You can opt-in for these items with an additional one-time payment, separate from your monthly subscription fee.
Cancellation Grace Period:
In the event that you cancel your subscription with less than 10 days notice of payment date, you will receive the last round of subscription candles paid for.
